- add a borrower
- add a property (collateral)
- setup loan with several steps taken
- create loan
- review schedule
- close loan
- open loan
- post a few payments
- customize schedule (change payments)
- review updated remaining schedule
- get a payoff amount on a certain date
- payoff loan on that date
